Made with beautiful yellow organza and black tulle.Black Crochet waist is stretchy for easy on and off and black ribbon can be untied and tightened for smaller children's waist or for longer wearing during the day. Leave waist size or age for a general size in comments upon payment.
Tulle will be flattened when received after shipment to buyer so run your fingers thru to fluff up and get any knots out. Spot clean with a little water.
